What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise to provides a whole-body workout and gets those deep muscles that you weren't even aware you had, working. Pilates aims to build on your strength, and mobility and provide you with a better understanding of how your body works, so you can start to iron out imbalances created by daily life activities and your biomechanics. This provides a whole new understanding of the practice so it transforms from just an hour on the mat to a more functional way of moving.

I’ve been a member of Reactivate Pilates for about a year now… but I’ve done lots of Pilates over the past decade with various different instructors. Carys is without doubt the best instructor I’ve ever had!! I actually leave her classes feeling like I’ve had a work out and I ache (in a good way!) the next day.
