BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If this is your initial appointment or you have a new injury, please select the initial appointment option and fill in the insurance form if you are covered by health insurance. Otherwise please choose initial assessment self-funding.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT
After you have booked you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email 24hrs before your appointment. If you have not received either of these, please call reception to discuss this. If you need to cancel an appointment you can either call or email reception - alternatively, you can cancel via your reminder email.
