14-Day Pilates Challenge

When creating this challenge we had YOU in mind. We understand how difficult it can be to squeeze exercise in to an already packed schedule but we wanted to help you see it is possible and how it will help transform your life. By the end of this 2 week challenge we hope you have a better understanding of your body's needs, you feel stronger and more supple. These videos are designed to challenge you, they aren't all a walk in the park so there may be ones you find are to challenging at this point in time but there's always a modification. If a suitable alternative is not offered in the video email us and we can help you. When trying to reach any goal consistency is key, if you were on a diet but only ate healthy one time a week would you see much difference? No probably not! It's the same with exercise, it takes time and practice so don't beat yourself up if you don't get something first time. The best bit about a video is you can play it again and again. You can do this challenge at any time but in order to get the 10% off your next block it needs to be completed between the 1st and 18th April 2023 (we are giving you a few days leeway on that 2 weeks, we get life happens!). Otherwise you can do it any time just because you love it!
